How to contact usWe understand how overwhelming it can be to face the aftermath of a fire in your home. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
Once the immediate danger has passed, we’ll arrange a fire safety visit with you. During this visit, we’ll talk through fire safety measures tailored to your needs and help identify any additional support you might require. This could include fitting specialist smoke alarms or other fire safety equipment to help keep you and your loved one’s safe moving forward.
If you experience symptoms from fumes or smoke inhalation, such as coughing, dizziness, or difficulty breathing, seek medical help immediately. Contact your doctor, visit the Accident and Emergency department, or call NHS 111 for advice.
Reach out to your insurer as soon as possible. They can provide immediate assistance if needed and will arrange for a loss adjuster or claims advisor to inspect the damage to your property and belongings. This helps ensure your claim is processed smoothly.
Contact the building owner, landlord, agent, or management company. They are typically responsible for repairing any damage to essential services such as gas, electricity, or water supplies.
