Occupants Rescued from Southampton House Fire

Firefighters responded to a kitchen fire at a property on Duncan Close, Southampton, late Sunday evening. The alarm was raised at approximately 11:30 pm, and crews arrived to find the house engulfed in flames.

Two occupants were safely rescued from the building and promptly treated by paramedics from the South Central Ambulance Service before being transported to the hospital for further care.

Firefighters, equipped with breathing apparatus, swiftly extinguished the blaze using hoses and jets. Before returning to the station just after midnight, crews distributed fire safety materials to nearby residents.
