Firefighters rescue motorbike rider from mud in Hook

A motorbike rider was stuck in mud up to his waist before crews from Hartley Wintney and Basingstoke came to his rescue.

The crews reached the casualty before freeing him from the mud near to Blackbushe Road in Hook shortly before 2pm this afternoon.

The casualty fortunately was uninjured and ambulance crews were stood down.

HIWFRS returned to station following the stop message at 14:23.
