Firefighters called to cut casualties free following car crash in Holbury

Crews cut the roof off a vehicle to release three casualties trapped following a crash on Ipers Bridge in Holbury late last night.

Hardley, Beaulieu, Hythe and Redbridge crews responded to the incident which saw the car leave the road shortly after 10pm.

Firefighters worked alongside Hampshire Constabulary officers, for traffic control, and South Central Ambulance Service paramedics who treated the casualties before taking them onto hospital.

HIWFRS returned to station shortly before midnight.
