End of Year Performance 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022
This is now the second Community Safety Plan which sets out our vision and aspirations in delivering safer communities in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. This plan aligns with the last three years of the Service Safety Plan and our aim is to provide clarity to the public, our teams and partners in the areas of new activity Prevention, Protection (Delivery), Protection (Support) and Health teams will be working on over the next three years to improve our performance.
The Trade Union Act 2016 introduced new annual Trade Union Facilities Time reporting requirements for public sector organisations. This provision came into force in April 2016. Public Sector employers with at least one ‘relevant union official’ are required to publish information on facility time.
The purpose of this Pay Policy Statement is to set out Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service’s (HIWFRS) pay policies relating to its workforce for the financial year 2022/23, including the remuneration of its Chief Officers and lowest paid employees.
This contains our yearly summaries and has been recently updated to show year 4.
We are required to report back every year on our progress the Department for Education covering and to also publish our figures publicly. Below are our figures for 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021.
