Kitcombe Lane, Farringdon, United Kingdom
On-call firefighters from Alton, Bordon and Alresford were alerted to a field fire on Kitcombe Lane in Farringdon yesterday afternoon.
Fire engines along with specialist off-road vehicles were called to the 100m-by-50m blaze at 3:30pm.
Hose reels and beaters were used to stop the fire before firefighters dampened down the scene.
HIWFRS returned to station following the stop message at 16:41.
