Multiple fire engines called to early-morning Portsmouth warehouse fire

Hampshire firefighters were called shortly after midnight to a fire in a warehouse used to store tree surgery equipment on Walton Road in Portsmouth.

The fire involving plant machinery was extinguished by firefighters in breathing apparatus using jets and hose reels before clearing the smoke with ventilation fans.
