Flat fire in Cosham

We were called to a fire in a flat on Portsmouth Road, Cosham at 15:20 this afternoon. Crews from Cosham, Fareham, Havant, Hightown, Horndean, Portchester and Southsea are currently on scene. Firefighters have worked swiftly to surround the fire and prevent it from escalating further. Smoke from the incident is currently affecting the railway line, and Cosham train station has been evacuated. All people are accounted for, and we are hoping to scale back the incident shortly. The cause of the fire is unconfirmed.
