Firefighters Respond to Kitchen Fire in Eastleigh

On Saturday evening, firefighters were called to a kitchen fire at a flat on Hanns Way, Eastleigh. The alarm was raised around 4:00 pm, and crews quickly arrived on the scene to find smoke billowing from the property.

The occupant was safely rescued and received immediate emergency care from the attending firefighters. Thanks to the swift response, no serious injuries were reported.

Before returning to the station, crews distributed fire safety information to neighbouring residents before returning to the station at around 5 pm.
