Aldershot car fire stopped by Rushmoor crews

Firefighters were alerted by the HIWFRS Control Room shortly after 1pm following multiple reports of a small car well alight on Ash Road in Aldershot.

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used hose reels to extinguish the fire.

The car was destroyed in the blaze and was recovered before HIWFRS left the scene.
