Rope teams rescue climbers from Portsmouth cliff-face
Three casualties were rescued from a cliff face by specialist rope rescue firefighters early on Sunday morning.
Crews from Southsea and Cosham were supported by the rope team from Eastleigh at around half three after the climbers became stranded on the cliff off of Chalkpit Road in Paulsgrove following the change in weather.
The rope team were able to lower themselves down and one by one lift the casualties to safety where they were assessed by SCAS paramedics.
HIWFRS left the scene at around 7am.
