We publish a lots of information about the Service in our publication scheme and in our disclosure log. If you still cannot find what you are looking for you can submit a Freedom of Information or Environmental Information Regulation request using this form.

We aim to respond to each request within 20 working days of receiving it.

To enable us to provide you with the information you are looking for please be as specific as possible with your request to enable us to identify and locate the information you are seeking. Where you are looking for information over a period, please provide the date range (start and end date) you want your request to cover to avoid delays. Helpful advice on how to make good requests can be found on the ICO website. If you do not provide a sufficiently clear request, we will contact you to seeking clarification.
