It is important for us to understand the way people live and how this impacts our service so that we can suitably adapt our approach to ensure that we continue to make life in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight a safer place for all.
This strategy outlines the long-term plans and aspirations of the service and its staff in preventing incidents happening, investigating the causes of fires, and making the built environment safer. This should be read in conjunction with the HIWFRS Safety Plan which supports our Integrated Risk Management Plan (IRMP).
