How to contact usMolly became Director of People and Organisational Development in April 2021 and leads our teams within Learning & Development, Inclusion & Diversity, and Resource Management as well as ensuring the delivery of high quality HR and Occupational Health services through our Shared Services Partnership (SSP) with Hampshire Constabulary and Hampshire County Council.
Molly has almost 20 years experience in the HR profession and has worked for our Service in previous roles earlier in her career. She then moved to work within local borough and district councils, before returning to us via the SSP.
Molly has a Masters in Human Resource Management awarded by Portsmouth University and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. She is also a graduate from the UK Fire and Rescue Service Executive Leadership Programme (ELP) and continues to support the programme as an ELP Assessor. Most recently, Molly became a member of the NFCC Nominations Committee to select suitable candidates to sit on the NFCC Board of Trustees.
Molly lives in Southampton with her husband and two children. Prior to having children Molly loved to travel, but now enjoys family holidays. She also loves the theatre and live music, and has a love-hate relationship with exercise!
