Property fire on Pine Road, Bishop’s Waltham

A stop message has been received. The site security has been handed over to the police and the local council. Crews will return throughout the night for re-inspections.

 

*Update 21:15*

The fire at the property is now out, however crews are continuing to monitor hot spots. Unfortunately, the property has been 100% destroyed by the blaze and a neighbouring property has been treated for light smoke logging. One casualty has been taken to hospital by SCAS.

The incident has been scaled down and firefighters are currently carrying out community safety activities in the area.

 

Initial Incident Information:

Crews from Bishop’s Waltham, Droxford, Wickham, Hightown, Fareham and Beaulieu, alongside an Incident Command Unit, are currently at the scene of a property fire on Pine Road, Bishop’s Waltham.

Around 30 firefighters are working to extinguish the blaze after the initial call was received at 18:10 this evening.
