Buckland Gardens, Isle of Wight
A kitchen fire spread into a first-floor bedroom and the loft space of a house in Ryde.
Firefighters were called at just before 17:20 and found the kitchen well alight.
The occupant got out of the property.
Crews from Ryde, Newport, Shanklin and Ventnor were in attendance, with firefighters wearing breathing apparatus to enter the house.
The fire is believed to have been caused by an electrical fault and the stop message was received at 19:26.
