Shortly before 8am, crews from Ryde, Sandown and Newport were alerted to a collision in Brading, in which a double-decker bus rolled onto its side.
Police officers have closed the road whilst ambulance paramedics treated a number of casualties.
Firefighters worked to stabilise the vehicle before leaving the scene at around 9am.
