Fire in rear garden at former Southampton cattery

Firefighters from Hightown, Redbridge and Eastleigh were called to a property in West End Road, West End, Southampton, at 10:20 on 28/03/2021.There was a fire in the rear garden affecting a garage, one unused timber cattery, a summer house and two sheds. No animals involved. Eight breathing apparatus, three main jets and a hose reel were used to extinguish the fire. Crews remained on scene to dampen down and the stop message came in at 12:12
