Andover crews called to rescue two casualties trapped following road traffic collision

Two Andover crews were mobilised after a call, reporting an RTC with two trapped casualties, was made into the HIWFRS Control Room.

The collision on Winchester Road in Goodworth Clatford involved a car and a van, both of which had left the road. 

HIWFRS firefighters provided Immediate Emergency Care to the casualties, who were conscious and breathing, before they were assisted from the vehicle by Helicopter Emergency Medical Service paramedics. 

Crews made the scene safe before leaving returning to station at 13:06.
