Crews from Hightown, Fareham, St Mary’s, Cosham and Eastleigh were called at 12:37 on Tuesday 6 April to a doctors surgery in Brook Lane, Sarisbury Green.
The fire, which started in an electrical cupboard, spread into the roof space of the building which had already been evacuated.
The blaze was extinguished using breathing apparatus, hose reel jets and covering jets before crews used tactical ventilation to remove smoke.
The stop message came in at 14:22.
