Interested in becoming a Wholetime Firefighter?
Come to our recruitment open day at Ryde fire station on Saturday 16 May and learn more about the role and get hands-on with firefighting equipment.
On the day you can:
- Get advice on how to apply and prepare for interviews.
- Ask current firefighters any questions you have.
- Try out the practical selection tests included in the recruitment process.
- Learn more about the various aspects of a firefighter’s role
Each recruitment event is three hours and there will be a 10am and 2pm session to choose from.
Booking is essential.
General booking opens a week prior to the event (Friday 8 May). Spaces fill up fast so save the date and watch this space for a sign up link.
