Several support vehicles also attended.
Firefighters used six jets and beaters.

|27/06/2018 20:57||Horse rescued from River Avon||Two crews, from Fordingbridge and Brockenhurst, and an Animal Rescue vehicle, from Lyndhurst, rescued a horse stuck in a river.
We were called, by the owner, to the incident near Riversmede Hale Road, in Woodgreen.
The horse was removed from the water that was about four feet deep.

|27/06/2018 16:37||Firefighters tackle embankment woodland blaze in Waterlooville||Eight engines and numerous support vehicle attended a fire on a railway embankment.
The blaze scorched 200m by 20m of trees and undergrowth.
Crews used five hose reel jets, three high pressure lances, beaters and knapsacks.
The fire was in Chalton and the stop message was at 07:51.||Chalton
|17/06/2018 11:42||Firefighters tackle town centre blaze at Farnborough hardware store||Firefighters from Rushmoor, Basingstoke and Surrey have tackled a fire on the ground floor of a hardware shop in Farnborough town centre. A female was treated by crews for smoke inhalation.
Crews tackled the fire with 12 sets of breathing apparatus, 2 jets, 3 hose reels and use of a positive pressure ventilation system to clear the scene.
The cause of the fire will be investigated in due course. The stop came in at 14:11.
|15/06/2018 17:59||92-year-old man rescued from Fleet home||A 92-year-old man was rescued by crews after fire took hold of his home in Fleet.
Firefighters in breathing apparatus carried the man out of his chalet bungalow to safety after neighbours had called 999 just before 6pm.
The man was given emergency medical care by firefighters and taken to hospital suffering from the effects of smoke inhalation, but was not seriously injured.

|09/06/2018 22:23||Southampton flats badly damaged in fire||A block of flats in Southampton has been severely damaged by a fire that swept through the upper half of the building.
No-one was hurt in the fire at the Park Gate block but two first-floor flats and the roof of the building have been badly affected by the flames.
However, thanks to the work of the fire crews, the front halves of the properties have been saved.
At its peak, around 40 firefighters tackled the fire, using jets, hose reels and breathing apparatus.

|29/05/2018 15:19||New Forest cottage ready to be demolished destroyed by fire||An old New Forest cottage, already in the process of being demolished, was destroyed after fire spread to the building.
Builders had been working on the site of the property in Bransgore when they noticed the thatched roof had caught light.
Around 40 firefighters from Hampshire and Dorset used hoses and jets to extinguish the blaze, which engulfed the whole building. No-one was injured in the incident.

|26/05/2018 16:42||Residents rehoused after fire destroys Andover property||A number of residents have been rehoused following a property fire in Pilgrims Way, Andover yesterday afternoon.
Firefighters were called at 16:42 to a blaze initially affecting the garden of one of the properties which had quickly spread to an end-of-terrace house.
Crews from Andover, Eastleigh, Overton, Basingstoke, Alresford, Romsey and Service Headquarters were called to attend the seven-pump incident.

|25/05/2018 13:51||Ship fire in Southampton tackled by Hampshire firefighters||Crews from across Hampshire have been called to tackle a blaze onboard a ship at the docks in Southampton.
At 13:51 firefighters were alerted to the fire involving 7000 tonnes of scrap metal which had caused a large smoke plume above the ship in the dry dock.
Working alongside partner agencies such as the Environment Agency, Public Health England, Southampton City Council and the Coastguard, the crews have also been assisted by the Port agencies to remove scrap metal from the ship.

The blaze broke out at 12:33 in Hillside Avenue, Bitterne Park, and caused a huge smoke plume.
Three engines from St Mary's and Hightown attended with a specialist vehicle from Eastleigh.
