|12/06/2017 18:09||E-cigarette suspected cause of Tadley car fire||Firefighters were called to a car blaze in Tadley on June 12.
The fire is believed to have been caused by an e-cigarette left on charge.
The front of the car was scorched and melted in the fire and the vehicle was also severely damaged by smoke.
A crew from Tadley Fire Station attended and used a dry powder extinguisher to put out the flames and a thermal imaging camera to ensure the scene was safe.
The car was parked in Bishopswood Road.

|09/06/2017 12:28||Fire crews tackle car blaze on M3||Crews have attended a three-car crash which included a Ford Focus on fire.
Firefighters from Basingstoke and Andover attended the incident on the M3 Northbound between junction 8 at Popham and junction 7 at Dummer.
The vehicle was completely destroyed.
Foam, a dry powder extinguisher, a hose reel and two sets of breathing apparatus were used to fight the fire. Nobody was trapped.||Popham
|07/06/2017 05:27||Vehicles destroyed in large Curdridge greenhouse fire||Vehicles and machinery have been badly damaged following a large fire at a commercial greenhouse in Curdridge.
We received a 999 call reporting a fire at the growing centre on Wangfield Lane.
The first crews on the scene found the 80m-long greenhouse well alight and a number of large vehicles also on fire.
More than 20 firefighters from Botley, Hightown, Bishops Waltham and St Mary's used breathing apparatus and jets to tackle the flames.

|02/06/2017 09:53||Large house fire in Basingstoke||About 30 firefighters battled the flames for two and a half hours.
The Basingstoke blaze affected all three floors of the building. The first floor and converted roof were severely damaged.
There were eight sets of breathing apparatus, two jets and a hose reel used.
Six engines attended along with support vehicles including the aerial ladder platform.
Thankfully nobody was injured.

|30/05/2017 00:50||Two pensioners treated after Portsmouth care home blaze||Two people were treated for smoke inhalation after a fire at a care home in Clarence Parade, Southsea.
Three crews from Southsea attended and assisted staff with the evacuation of residents from the ground floor.
Two sets of breathing apparatus were used along with one hose reel and tactical ventilation.
The fire started in an extractor fan in an electrical cupboard.

|25/05/2017 22:22||Man dies in Rushmoor house fire||A 52 year old man has been found dead following a house fire in Farnborough.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to a house fire in Cumbria Court, at 22:22 last night (May 25).
Three crews from Rushmoor attended the incident and used breathing apparatus and a hose reel to extinguish the fire. The stop message was received at 23:10.
The body of the man was found in the building and he was confirmed dead at the scene.

St Mary's and Redbridge crews attended the terraced property on Malmesbury Road due to the fire in the downstairs kitchen diner.

|18/05/2017 11:40||Plant room fire hits Basingstoke business||A fire alarm was activated at an electrical firm on Ashwood Park in Basingstoke.
Smoke was seen coming from the plant room and crews from Basingstoke, Overton, Tadley and Winchester attended to find a small fire in an electrical panel.
The electricity supply was isolated and the fire was dealt with using a dry powder extinguisher. No-one was injured.
Crews ventilated the building before handing back over to the site manager. The stop message was received at 12.40pm.
|17/05/2017 15:58||Portsmouth crews tackle tower block balcony fire ||Smoke was reported coming from a third-floor balcony of Pickwick House by a 999 caller.
Crews from Southsea, Cosham and Havant arrived to find a small fire on the balcony and it was quickly extinguished using a hose reel. No-one was hurt in the incident.
The crews left the scene at 16.37.

|14/05/2017 21:53||Man rescued from bog in New Forest darkness||We were called to a man trapped ankle deep in mud in Yew Tree Heath Road, Beaulieu.
Due to the poor light the man was asked to use his torch to help crews find him in the bog.
Crews from Brockenhurst, Redbridge and Lyndhurst assisted with the rescue.
The man was escorted to safety by crews and the stop message was received at 22:34.
