Terrace front garden damaged by flames

Firefighters responded to a blaze describe as a small fire in the open, outside a terrace property in Waverley Road, Portsmouth. Crews from Southsea and Cosham attended and extinguished the fire which spread to the front of the property. The property was empty at the time of the incident and no one was harmed. Firefighters used two sets of breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets to tackle the fire. We were called at 00:35. The stop message was at 01:40.
