Crews from Winchester and Eastleigh saved a dog, two guinea pigs and a parrot from a fire in a ground floor lounge. They used two breathing apparatus, a hose reel, a jet and tactical ventilation. Sadly two tortoise and two birds died in the blaze. The dog was given oxygen and other animals were checked by a vet. Stop message was at 11.39.
