Six crews attended a fire in a semi-detached building in London Road, Whitchurch. The first floor was severely damaged by fire and smoke. The ground floor was also damaged by smoke. The fire started in the airing cupboard and spread to the roof. Firefighters used 11 breathing apparatus, two jets and two hose reels. The stop message was at 19.13.
