Residential fire – Eastleigh

Four crews attended a ground floor kitchen fire.Four sets of breathing apparatus were used as well as two hose reels. The first and second floor were smoked logged and firefighters ventilated the property. The Eastleigh crews also rescued a dog from the kitchen. It is believed to be a Cocker Spaniel cross. It was given oxygen and police officers took it to a local vet. The stop message was at 16.45.
