At 0248 this morning, we attended an incident involving two males on the roof of a building in Andover. One male was able to self rescue, whilst the second male was rescued by the Fire Service using the Aerial Ladder Platform. Fire appliances attended from Andover, Basingstoke and Salisbury. The stop message was received at 04:04.
