Crews have been dealing with a fire at Veolia Recycling Centre in Portsmouth.Eight pumps from Cosham, Southsea, Havant, Fareham and Portchester attended. Approximately seven tones of green waste was involved and is now being removed by Veolia staff with assistance from our crews. Two jets and eight sets of breathing apparatus were used to tackle the fire. Damping down will take place this morning. The stop came in at 07:14.
