Smoke was reported coming from a third-floor balcony of Pickwick House by a 999 caller. Crews from Southsea, Cosham and Havant arrived to find a small fire on the balcony and it was quickly extinguished using a hose reel. No-one was hurt in the incident. The crews left the scene at 16.37.
