About 30 firefighters battled the flames for two and a half hours.The Basingstoke blaze affected all three floors of the building. The first floor and converted roof were severely damaged.There were eight sets of breathing apparatus, two jets and a hose reel used.Six engines attended along with support vehicles including the aerial ladder platform.Thankfully nobody was injured.The stop message was at 12:23.
