Folly Lane, East Cowes, United Kingdom
Crews from East Cowes, Newport and Ventnor were called to a boat which was well alight near the Folly Inn on Folly Lane shortly after 3pm yesterday.
Firefighters worked alongside a Coastguard team to extinguish the boat which was on an offshore pontoon.
No one was hurt in the incident.
The fire was stopped by firefighters in breathing apparatus using hose reels and pumps.
The stop message came in before 6pm.
