Firefighters from Rushmoor, Basingstoke and Surrey have tackled a fire on the ground floor of a hardware shop in Farnborough town centre. A female was treated by crews for smoke inhalation. Crews tackled the fire with 12 sets of breathing apparatus, 2 jets, 3 hose reels and use of a positive pressure ventilation system to clear the scene. The cause of the fire will be investigated in due course. The stop came in at 14:11.
