Domestic fire – Overton

One pump from Overton and one from Kingsclere were called to reports of a fire in a granary converted to a house on Nutley Bottom Lane, Overton this morning (Sunday 02 October 2016).Crews found a fire on the first floor of the building with damage to approximately 20% of that floor.Firefighters used four breathing apparatus and extinguished the fire using two hose reels and one jet. The stop message was received at 12:35.The property was unoccupied at the time of the fire and no one was hurt.
