Crews tackle Farnborough bus blaze

Firefighters were called to a bus fire in Gifford Drive, Farnborough.The rear engine compartment of the 25-seater Stagecoach bus was destroyed in the fire.Nobody was on the vehicle which was at a bus stop near a supermarket.Two crews from Rushmoor attended and four sets of breathing apparatus and two high pressure hose reels were used to extinguish the fire.Crews then damped down before passing the incident to the bus company.The stop message was at 14:19.
