Crews tackle bin chute fire at Portsmouth high-rise block

Crews from Southsea, Cosham, Portchester, Fareham and Havant attended a fire at Barkis House, Portsmouth.The fire was in the third floor external bin chute. Crews used four sets of breathing apparatus, one jet, one hose reel and one positive pressure ventilation for smoke clearance.No one was injured during the incident. The stop came in at 13:58.
