Online formsSailesh was born in India and moved to the UK with his family in 1985, where they settled in Southampton.
Sailesh completed his honours degree in Business Management in the summer of 2005. He joined the Service in 2006 as an administrator in the Inclusion and Diversity team , later working in various roles within the Community Risk Intelligence team before securing a role as fire safety inspector in Basingstoke in 2012.
Sailesh’s career journey didn’t stop there, while performing his role as a fire safety inspector another opportunity arose with in the Fire Engineering and Consultation Team (FECT).
During his time in the Service Sailesh has successfully completed Level 3 & 4 Certificates in Fire Safety including the Level 4 Diploma Fire Safety and finally the Level 5 Diploma in Fire Engineering Design.
