Dal works as an Inclusion & Diversity Partner for Hampshire Fire & Rescue Service and is passionate about inclusion and wanting to make a difference in this area. Dal currently represents HFRS nationally as Chair of the Asian Fire Service Association (AFSA)
Dal has been a member of the AFSA Team since 2012 as the AFSA rep for Hampshire & also taking on the role of Vice-Chair for 2 years from 2017.
Dal previously worked as a Recruitment Adviser in Shared Services and since she joined the Service in 2005 has worked in different departments which include Equality & Diversity, Performance Review and Payroll.
Dal holds a Level 5 diploma in Chartered CIPD, SHL Test Administrator and a Mentor for the Girls Network Group. In 2013 raised over £1000 for the Firefighters charity, by jumping out of plane in a tandem skydive and in 2014 assisted Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service in beating the world record for the largest naan bread.
