Pumps and specialist vehicles came from stations including Gosport, Fareham, Havant, Eastleigh, Portchester, Lyndhurst, Wickham and Cosham. The building was evacuated and there were no casualties involved. Six crews from Hythe, Beaulieu, Hardley, Lyndhurst, Redbridge and St Mary's attended. The fire was in the roof space and started in the extraction system.
