  1. Recent incidentAbout 70 firefighters tackle Titchfield workshop fire02/06/2019Firefighters tackled a large workshop fire for almost seven hours. Eight fire engines plus support vehicles and relief crews extinguished the blaze at Laveys Lane in Titchfield today. About 70 firefighters were involved and used an aerial ladder platform, jets and hose reels. The crews involved included those from Fareham, Hightown, Southsea, Portchester, Cosham, Eastleigh, Hamble, Gosport, Romsey, Bordon and Andover. The incident started at 12.53 and ended at 19.42.
  2. Recent incidentFirefighters tackle large Hazeley Heath fire.23/05/2019The fire involved twelve hectares of woodland and gorse. We were called at 17:27 on the 23rd May. There were fifty firefighters in attendance at the height of the fire from across Hampshire, Royal Berkshire and Surrey Fire and Rescue Service. Ten pumps, twenty litres of CAFS (Compressed Air Foam Solution), two Land Rovers, six jets, multiple knapsack pumps and beaters were used to tackle the blaze. Recent incidentThree adults rescued from a late-night kitchen fire in Gosport. 21/05/2019Firefighters from Gosport, Fareham and Hightown were called to the property on North Cross Street after a smoke detector raised the alarm. Crews rescued one person from the window at the front of the building with two occupants rescued from the roof of property. Four sets of breathing apparatus, two hose reels, one jet, ladders and tactical ventilation were used.   4. Historical incidentFire at Warsash car dealership03/05/2019A dozen firefighters have tackled a blaze in a Southampton car dealership this morning. Two vehicles were destroyed by the fire while two more were damaged. Two sets of breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets were used to extinguish the fire. Crews from Hightown and Fareham attended the scene in Warsash Road. The stop message was at 06:12. A joint investigation is being carried out by HFRS and Hampshire Constabulary.
  5. Historical incidentHuge lorry blaze near Andover02/05/2019Emergency services were called after a lorry burst into flames. About 20 firefighters attended the blaze, at Hurstbourne Priors, from Andover, Whitchurch and Alton. Three engines and support vehicles were used along with six sets of breathing apparatus, three jets and foam. The fire spread to the thatched roof of a bus stop. South Central Ambulance Service also attended. The incident, near Andover, closed the road. The stop message was at 18:10.
