Corporate Management Team (CMT)
CMT is made up of Senior Officers and Members. It is a forum for Officers to brief Members and ensure they are sighted on operational matters of importance and brief Members on upcoming items for the Authority. CMT is a forum for sharing information, it is not a decision making forum. CMT is open to all members and is Chaired by the Chief Officer. CMT meets 6 times a year.
