The Code 's purpose is to promote and maintain high standards of conduct by Members and co-opted Members of the Authority. It applies to all Members and co-opted Members, when acting in their role as a Member or co-opted Member of the Authority.
To make a complaint that a Member has failed to comply with the code of conduct
The responsibility for considering complaints that a Member of the Hampshire Fire and Rescue Authority (HFRA) may have breached the Authority's Code of Conduct has been transferred from the Standards Board for England to the Authority's Standards Committee.
