The HFRS Contingency Planning Section is responsible for developing contingency, emergency planning and civil protection arrangements for the Fire Authority, in liaison with local authorities.
We will develop and maintain policies to support risk assessments, prevention, preparedness, response and recovery as detailed by local policies and central government recommendations and legislation.
