Legislation introduced by the Government has stopped the production and sale of non-fire retardent foam filled furniture. However, there will still be a great deal of second-hand furniture that has not been treated in our homes.

Before buying any foam filled furniture, check to see that there is a label attached giving details that the furniture has been treated.
