Group and station action plans

Group plans

Group action plans set out the activities and targets that individual groups will undertake annually during the period 1 April and 31 March. The plans are based upon our vision 'to make life safer', and underpin the current Fire and Rescue Service Plan. Group plans are supported by individual station plans, and set group performance targets in relevant areas allowing for a system of feedback and audit of performance.

Station plans

Station action plans set out the targets and activities that individual stations will undertake annually during the period 1 April and 31 March. Each plan underpins the appropriate Group Plan and the objectives within the Service’s plan. Group/station plans are available to download, see the list below:

Basingstoke and Deane Group

Group and station plans have now been combined with priorities from the Service's Plan into an easy to read poster format. The Group plan includes the group's aims and objectives for the coming year and lists what each station is going to do to help us reduce our local risks.
