Group Structure

Extensive research and trials to improve delivery of our services to make Hampshire a safer place to live and work, to visit or travel through, have resulted in the adoption of the Group Management structure supplying Delivery and Support services.

The purpose of the structure is to:

improve communications between delivery groups and support functions;
identify and develop relationships with local organisations, and
form partnerships to drive down the risk to our community from fires and accidents which unfortunately may lead to injury or death.
