April

  • The FDR1 will no longer be accepted.

March

  • All incidents to be recorded on the new system midnight 31st March 2009.

  • Operational personnel training begins - users will be able to have a go and complete their incidents on the training system.

  • Training cascaded to station administrators.

October

  • Training of the incident recording system by Communities and Local Government (CLG) begins 29th October 2008 in Hertfordshire, initially for the station support team.
