Our Investors in People team share the Service's vision of becoming the best fire and rescue service in the country.
Achieving the Investors in People Silver award in December 2010 confirmed that Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service (HFRS) is progressing strongly towards realising its vision. As a silver achiever HFRS is now recognised as one of the UK’s top performing organisations; comfortably securing a place within the top 5% of over 35,000 recognised organisations.
Our Investors in People team continues to use the framework to inspire, encourage and enable others to think differently, work better and achieve more as the Service continues to learn, develop and improve the services it delivers to its community.
