Corporate Planning Process
This section of the strategic planning framework is all about the way we manage our main resources and assets including: our staff (our most valuable resource), property, vehicles and equipment, information and communications technology and, of course, the money to fund them.
We have set out the top-level objectives and activities we will be pursuing in the management of these key resources that will help us to provide a modern, well-run, and cost-effective service. For more information about our resources and how we manage them, see below.
In our Integrated Risk Management Plan (IRMP) we say what and why we are taking particular actions, and how and when we intend to carry them out. You will see that we provide progress statements against each action and we monitor our overall performance very closely, using a wide range of output measures and performance indicators.
