Corporate Planning Process
We use a number of Performance Indicators (Pls), to measure our performance, some of which are set by Central Government but many have been developed within our Service to address local concerns.
Our performance indicators cover a wide range of issues from monitoring the number of fire deaths and injuries, to the percentage of children given fire safety education at school.

All fire and services are responsible for NI 33 (deliberate fires) and NI 49 (primary fires and deaths and injuries).
